Vinyl car decals or logos is similar to full truck wrap’s little sister, and easier on the wallet, but when done right, it can be just as impacting. This can be done in a number of methods. Di-Cut or Vinyl Cut and Digitally Printed, Laminated then Di-Cut. We have many coloured vinyls on display as well as swatch books with colours galore. The Career Fox car above the lettering on the window and near the hood is vinyl cut. This means we use pre-coloured rolls of 3M vinyl, insert it though our plotter and cut it into the shapes and lettering required. From there we install it on your car. This is one of the least expensive methods of graphics because there is not printing or laminating involved.
Now these other decal parts of the car are printed on a 3M vinyl that started out as just a roll of white media vinyl. This process means printing, laminating and cutting out the shapes of the vinyls. When more complex graphics or multiple colours are needed, a print cut solution is at hand. Many times with op to print multiple colour rather than vinyl cut 2 separate coloured vinyl rolls and layer them together. The benefits doing it this way is that there are less edges, more freedom in colour choices, quicker installs and saving due to less labour steps and less vinyl wastage.
